More Oppressive
Legislation H.R. 45
While we have all been busy
trying to fight off nationalized healthcare American Marxist Revolutionaries
have been working on some legislation many of us have lost sight of.
House Resolution 45, the
Blair Holt Firearm Licensing and Record of Sale Act of 2009, was referred to
the Subcommittee on Crime, Terrorism, and Homeland Security in February, and to
the House Committee on the Judiciary in January.
http://www.opencongress.org/bill/111-h45/actions_votes This is another extremely hazardous piece of
legislation that we need to do something about. It will basically
Make it illegal to own any
firearm without a license that will need to be renewed every 5 years.
Make all of your health
records available to the
Require you to submit
fingerprints for every firearm purchase
Require a two day waiting
period for every firearm purchase
Require you pay a $25 tax on
every firearm purchase
Make all private firearm
transfers illegal
Allow the government to
enter your house any time they want, during regular business hours, and inspect
your firearms and how they are stored
A brief video about the
legislation is available at http://www.nationalgunrights.org/citizenaction_hr45.html
What you can do,
Write your Representatives you
can find their contact information at

Why is action so important?
This bill is the natural extension of the Gun Control Act of 1968 which did not
include the licensing that President Johnson wanted. An interesting knowledge
nugget about that legislation is that it was based on Hitler’s gun control laws

Hold Your Own Town Hall Meeting
Does your Congressional Representative refuse to hold a town hall meeting because they are afraid to talk about the issues? Are they saying that opposing the American Marxist Revolution and saying something about it at the meetings constitutes “brown shirt tactics” and makes you a Nazi? Well have no fear, you still have a voice and you are not a “political terrorist” or a “brown shirt”.
For example, Jesse Kelly stepped in when Rep. Gabrielle Giffords backed out of a town hall meeting. http://www.gvnews.com/articles/2009/08/11/breaking_news/01giffords.txt

This is the type of leadership
Another option which will require much less planning and can be done quickly during the August recess is hold a town hall meeting TEA Party style. Put the word out on myspace, facebook, or wherever and hold a town hall meeting in your representative’s office parking lot. Once again, document, document, document, call the media and post it on youtube.
By the way, brown shirts were Hitler’s thugs that he
used to violently push his socialist agenda, educate your representative and
show them these videos.

The White House has
appointed a new czar in the Ministry of Propaganda. Her name is Linda Douglass,
formerly an ABC reporter. She has a website called WhiteHouse.gov/realitycheck
where you can
go to see the current administration’s spin on healthcare reform. In addition there
have been calls from this office to report “fishy” reporting on healthcare
reform. In this case, “fishy” seems to mean “not in line with what the
administration wants”. This site and the call to report, “fishy” reporting is a
blatant effort to propagate lies and suppress the freedom of speech in this
country.
Please take the time to e-mail the following letter
to flag@whitehouse.gov where reporting on
“fishy” articles, chain letters, etc. are supposed to go. If you take the time
to read the letter and watch the video links you will see that it is definitely
worth your time and effort to point out the disinformation that is being put
out.
To Whom It May Concern:
While browsing the internet
I have found some very questionable reporting related to President Obama’s
healthcare reform plan. I hope you take the time to look into it and get the
truth out there.
There is a blog at http://www.whitehouse.gov/blog/Facts-Are-Stubborn-Things/ with some videos.
In the first video Linda
Douglass makes reference to a video link on Drudge Report. The video is edited
but shows President Obama talking about how he envisions a single payer
healthcare plan within the next 20 years because it will not happen over night.
Ms. Douglass discredits the video saying it was a compilation of sound bites to
fit the agenda of those opposed to government run healthcare.
Now this link was also
posted on Drudge Report, and it is the uncut video of President Obama in 2003
explaining his plan for a single payer universal healthcare plan in the
Ms. Douglas is asked on CNN
about how she attacked the Drudge Report, this is an outstanding video. You can
tell by the interview and her video on the blog that she is well versed in
propaganda. In this case the truth is being treated as propaganda, identify,
distance yourself from it, and discredit. http://www.breitbart.tv/white-house-video-warfare-linda-douglass-defends-attack-on-breitbarttv-post/
The second video is of an
AARP question and answer session. At
After posting this question
answer session on the White House page President Obama claimed that AARP
endorses his healthcare plan. The fact is that the AARP has not endorsed any
healthcare plan yet. They released this statement, "While the President
was correct that AARP will not endorse a health care reform bill that would
reduce Medicare benefits, indications that we have endorsed any of the major
health care reform bills currently under consideration in Congress are
inaccurate."
In the third video on in
this blog a reporter asks about government insurance being subsidized by the
government. The president at no time in the video commented on how the
government’s healthcare plan will be subsidized by the government making private
competition impossible. He cleverly dodged this legitimate question by joking
around with the press corps for a few moments. He did say toward the end of the
video in reference to a mandatory switch to the government plan that there
would be “no change under healthcare reform”.
President Obama does not lie
in this video. However what he did not say is far more important that what he
did say.
He did not say that the new
healthcare plan would be government subsidized, like the US Postal Service or
Amtrak, but government programs are always funded by the government and are not
required to be self sufficient. He also did not say how citizens would have to
switch to the government plan when no private plan is available because the
private sector could not compete with a government funded plan and they will all go
under. This video sounds very different from his 2003 video, was that an
imposter?
In this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5XTi-WdOu2s&eurl=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.breitbart.tv%2Fobama-its-the-post-office-thats-always-having-problems%2F&feature=player_embedded President Obama says private insurance will not be
eliminated and points out that Federal Express and UPS are doing just fine in
competition with the federally funded US Postal Service. It is true that these
companies are doing well. When somebody has something important to send they
are willing to pay significantly more money to go with a service they can
trust. However, the USPS delivers the overwhelming majority of parcels in America.
Basically Fed-Ex and UPS
have a niche market and this example does not directly relate to healthcare.
That is unless of course, you consider the private hospitals in

President Obama stated that
With the exception of
With an average tax rate as
high as the United States already has, how can universal care be provided
without raising taxes significantly? President Obama said costs would be cut
without cutting quality of care or the availability of care. No provisions have
been made to deny coverage to illegal immigrants so there will be significantly
more people covered by the proposed plan without paying in. As these issues
have not been addressed I consider the information available from the
government to be highly suspect and quite “fishy”.
I would greatly appreciate
your office looking into these issues, correcting the misinformation out there
and making the information on these issues that have yet to be addressed
public.
