The Communist Revival
Before we get to the
dictionary definitions of communism and socialism, let us see how Winston
Churchill bluntly laid it out.
Capitalism is the unequal distribution of wealth.
Socialism is the equal distribution of poverty.
Communism is socialism with a gun.
Communism (n): A system of government in which the state controls the means of
production and a single, usually authoritarian party holds power with the
intention of establishing a social order in which all goods are shared equally.
Socialism (n): Construction of the material base for Marxist-Leninist communism
under the dictatorship of the proletariat. (Webster’s)
Now for the down and dirty
summary
Both of these systems of
government tend to appeal to the lazy and the ignorant. The nonproductive and
the productive are given equal benefits. There are no real rewards for hard
work and ambition like in a free capitalist society. Therefore equality is not
achieved by lifting anybody up; it is accomplished by bringing most people down
to the same level. This system also appeals to the elites with an insatiable
hunger for power, which is why most and not all people are brought down.
Communism
To each what they can
contribute, and to each what they need. (Marx) In these “people’s governments”
that should care for their citizens the people are the ones that suffer and do
without. The reality is that the dictators are the only ones to prosper. Kim
Chong Il enjoys watching American movies, liquor, and other luxuries, to
include actually having enough to eat. While his people on the other hand
almost all live in the dark once the sun goes down and millions are starving.
Children roam the gray dusty streets picking through the dirt for a few grains
of rice, so dazed by malnutrition they have no idea they are only days from
death.
Propaganda is one of the
most important tools of these governments they try to make their people believe
that their quality of life is better than anybody else’s’. Once the people are
forced to depend on the government for everything, the recovery from communism
is probably very similar to beating a heroine addiction. very long and
difficult. That has been well demonstrated in the Former Soviet Union where
there was no food in the grocery stores and soldiers illegally sold weapons and
scientists contracted to rogue governments so their families wouldn’t starve.
Having seen this painful transition the citizens of communist nations may be
very scared of freedom.
Socialism
In socialist nations, like
much of
This sounds nice to those
without an understanding of business. Now who is going to pay for all of this?
It will be the business owners, and what do business owners want to do? They
want to turn a profit of course, because if they wanted to do something and
lose money it would be called a hobby not a business. In order to increase
profits business owners must cut operating costs, and employees tend to be very
expensive. This would drive up unemployment which puts more of a burden on the
system to pay for social benefits. How can this system of government be
sustainable if it can tax its revenue base out of existence?
Two interesting notes on
socialist countries:
First, there are expensive
private hospitals and clinics because government run healthcare is so
ineffective and slow.
Second, they tend to have
huge problems with immigration. Much of it illegal aliens coming to take
advantage of the social benefits which further strain the system. Many of these
immigrants are from Muslim countries and refuse to assimilate.

Goal 11. Promote the U.N. as the only hope for mankind. If its charter is rewritten, demand that it be set up as a one-world government with its own independent armed forces.
Goal 43. Overthrow all colonial governments before native populations are ready for self-government.
There could be no better
example of this than the situation in
Healthcare and the Bad
Choices of Others
A British Newspaper, Daily
Mail, recently posted an article about a 17 year old boy had to be fitted with
a pace maker because of cocaine abuse.
This brings up a couple of
very important questions. Under a nationalized healthcare plan how much of our
tax money will be spent on medical treatment required due to the poor decisions
of other people? Also, how will such a program erode our individual freedom in
order to save money on healthcare?
Medical Conditions Caused by Behavioral
Choices
SMOKING According to the American Heart Association an
estimated 47.1 million Americans smoke. These people are at a higher risk or
heart attack and stroke. They are also at a higher risk for lung cancer, and
COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Diseases) such as emphysema and chronic
bronchitis. All of these conditions are very expensive to treat and are far
less likely to occur in non-smokers…the majority of Americans are non-smokers.
OBESITY While it is not always
behavior related, obesity is now called an epidemic in
Obese people are at higher
risk for certain types of cancer, Type 2 Diabetes, cardiovascular disease, as
well as back and joint problems from carrying around all that excessive weight.
All of these conditions are expensive to treat, and once again the majority of
Americans are not obese.
Have you ever seen the movie
“Supersize Me”? It is about the fast
food industry and personal responsibility, it is definitely worth watching
SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED
DISEASES According to the CDC STD
Surveillance Report for 2007 about 310 per 100,000 people have Chlamydia, about
125 per 100,000 have Gonorrhea, and Syphilis is on the rise in
DRUG ABUSE Death, heart attack, stroke, brain damage, accidents
while intoxicated, fights while intoxicated, HIV from dirty needles…no need to
list statistics here, do you want to pay for their treatment?

To delay the inevitable bankruptcy
of our country if we accept nationalized healthcare, our government will have
to find ways to cut costs. There are a few ways to do this. First it denial of coverage, and second is to
outright ban behavior which is more likely to make you require medical
attention. There really is no difference between the two. Both take away the
freedom of the individual. One by forcing you to say to yourself, “if I get
hurt/sick by doing this, they will just let me suffer” and the other will cause
you to say to yourself, “if I participate in this activity I have always
enjoyed, I could be arrested.
Accepting nationalized
healthcare and giving the nanny state more power is another giant step on the
march to totalitarianism. Is that any way to live in the land of the free and
the home of the brave?
The Legion of the
Common Man Healthcare Reform Plan
Here is a quick overview of
how the American people can save billions of dollars on health care and help
make it more affordable for all people while still maintaining our individual
freedom of choice.
We will start with what you
the individual can do to not only save money but also improve your quality of
life.
Exercise:
The benefits are incredible.
It can reduce cholesterol, help control your blood sugar without medication,
increase energy, improve flexibility, help control depression, strengthen your
immune system, and promote a general feeling of wellbeing.
Diet:
Drink alcohol in moderation.
Cut back on red meat (don’t eliminate
it, it tastes good), have a serving of fish at least once a week, eat whole
grains, cut back on soda, consider using honey instead of sugar to sweeten, eat
a variety of fruits and vegetables every day, and drink plenty of water. Also,
drink milk or eat yogurt, a 21st Century Dutch study showed that
consuming a quart of dairy every day reduced fat absorbed by the body. This is because
the calcium bound with the fat and caused it to pass through the digestive
tract.
Dietary supplements:
250mg of Niacin (not time released) a day will help reduce cholesterol. Start at half
that dose a day for a little while as it will cause your skin to flush. If you
start this young you could significantly reduce your health risks in the
future.
Flax Seed Oil has the same omega fatty acids as fish and helps keep a good balance
between HDL and LDL cholesterol.
Children’s’ Chewable Multivitamin One of the lessons learned in the Biosphere back in
the early 1990’s was that you can survive on a significantly reduced caloric
intake (below 2000 calories a day) if
you got the right nutrients. Children’s chewable vitamins are more easily
absorbed into the digestive system, simply double the dose for adults.
Calcium with vitamin D Keep your bones strong among other things.
Contact your elected
officials:
If their constituents don’t
say anything they are going to approve socialized medicine after the August
recess. Once your freedom of choice is gone, it is not coming back. Tell them
you don’t want a broken system like
What the government can do:
Tort Reform:
The president wants to reduce health care costs and socialize medicine, but he
will not protect doctors from frivolous law suits. So even if medicine is
socialized it will continue to grow more expensive for the same reasons it does
now…until we move to a total communist government where all prices and wages
are dictated by the state.
Massive law suits against
health care providers and pharmaceutical companies increases their operating
expenses which are then passed on to the consumer. A cap must be placed on
malpractice suits. President Bush talked about doing that but used a flat
number which is nearly as unreasonable as allowing the poor to become rich off
a lawsuit. Here is the groundwork for a possible formula that could be used
that prevents parasites from becoming multimillionaires yet does not discount
the suffering of the victim.
The
following factors must be considered:
The
wage of the victim
Victim’s
dependants and their ages, (marital status is a factor)
The
victim’s ability to continue working (disability percentage)
The
life expectancy of the victim, we will use 65 as retirement and 80 as death.
The
projected additional medical expenses or funeral expenses
Pain
and suffering
Projected
cost of living increases, we will use 2% a year
For
example Mr. Jones is 40 years old, married and has two children aged 5 and 10.
He earns $75k a year. He goes in to have his gallbladder removed and antibiotic
he is placed on is from a bad lot which results in his death.
$75k
a year x 25 years= $1.875 million
$37,500
a year x 15 (pension years)= $562,500
$10k
for funeral
2%
per year factored in as cost of living increases
10%
of total for pain and suffering
Mr.
Smith is also 40 years old, divorced and has two children aged 5 and 10 he does
not have custody of the children. He earns $40,000 a year. He had the same
procedure with the same outcome as Mr. Jones.
He
did not support a family the same way Mr. Jones did so things change up a
little here.
$40k
a year until the youngest child turns 18= $520,000
$10k
for funeral
2%
per year factored in as cost of living increases
10%
of total for pain and suffering
Mrs.
Anderson is a stay at home mom with two children aged 5 and 10. She has the
same procedure with the same outcome as Jones, and Smith.
$10k
a year for child 1 until they turn 18= $80,000
$10k
a year for child 2 until they turn 18= $130,000
(For
insurance planning, $10k a year per child until they turn 18 is what it would
cost to make up, financially, for a nonworking spouse)
$10k
for funeral
2%
per year factored in as cost of living increases
10%
of total for pain and suffering
This
is a tragic situation for these families. Do not lose track of the fact that
the purpose of a lawsuit is to compensate you for your loss and make you
“whole” again. It is not to unreasonably punish based on emotion and make a
person of average means rich. In both cases the victims dependants are provided
for in a manner with which they are accustomed, or better in the case of Mr.
Smith.
This
may sound insensitive but we have a whole society to keep running, and sympathy
in the form of dollars will be a contributing factor in the collapse of the
society. Enormous lawsuits and blood sucking lawyers are contributing to
breaking our current system.
Currently malpractice insurance
costs are so high that there are many doctors leaving private practice.
Preexisting Medical Conditions this issue can lead to people being denied medical
insurance in the event they change insurance companies for whatever reason.
Instead of leaving these people uninsured or putting them under the socialist
umbrella the government should give tax breaks to insurance companies that are
more liberal in taking clients with preexisting conditions. If a company got a
sizable tax break across the board it would reduce their overall operating
costs which could then be passed along to the consumer.
Demographics of the uninsured
The uninsured by choice, for example young single healthy people in many
cases do not have health insurance by choice because it is cheaper for them to
pay out of pocket.
Illegal Immigrants A very significant portion of the uninsured in
How long have they been
uninsured? If they have been
uninsured for less than six months they should not be included in the count.
For the sake of argument lets say that a telephone poll is being taken and they
call a person that lost got laid off a month ago and has already been hired by
another company starting next month. They are uninsured that day, but that is a
very temporary situation.
The numbers they use to
justify taking away our freedom must be well defied, only then can the people
decide to surrender their rights and march toward Marxism. Once it is all
clearly laid out it is likely the only supporters will be the lazy, the
ignorant, and Marxists among us.
Here is the message our
government needs to get.
Dear
Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, (or representative)
In
the event you have not been watching the polls, we the people do not want a
public option for health care. We are not going to surrender our individual
freedom. Cease and desist destroying private business. The government does not
create any wealth and as you drive the nation’s wealth generators out of existence
you will also bankrupt and snuff out our nation as a whole.
Sincerely,
The
The Marxist Revolutionary
Government, have been demonizing people and businesses to gain popular support
their systematic elimination for years. Let us review some targets of their hit
list
Pharmaceutical companies,
because medication costs so much
Oil companies, because they
make “excessive profit”
Business executives, because
they get paid “too much”
In a capitalist system,
private industry pays the bills for the government through taxes. Why on earth
then would the government attack the very people that bankroll them?
Now they are moving on to
health insurance companies calling them “villains”. Many parasites collecting
unemployment make too much for many state Medicaid plans. Since these parasites
still get to vote they of course support the politicians that are pushing for
socialized medical plans.
This is all about taking
away our freedom of choice and then they will attack the next freedom and the
next until they are all gone
Now more of what you can do. Watch these videos and follow their example. Go with
a group to your elected official’s town meetings. Make signs, have an organized
line of questioning and facts to call them out with. Make those self serving
pigs squirm and remind them that they don’t own you, and you are their boss.
Our freedom is on the line by a close margin, and by their own admission they
do not even read the bills before they vote. Make sure they vote for freedom in
September. Democrats win approval of health
reform bill in committee http://www.breitbart.com/article.php?id=D99PPHV80&show_article=1
If you do not watch the
videos above, at least watch this one since it is what you will be getting if
you stay silent.
How Can Nationalized
Healthcare Work
When The VA Can’t Get
It Right?
If you find this
article too long at least skip to the end and contact your elected officials.
This week
US News and World Report published an article about how approximately ten thousands
of veterans were exposed to HIV, Hepatitis, and other blood born pathogens.
These patients underwent routine surgical procedures at three different
Veterans Administration hospitals over a span of six years. The exposures are
the result of improperly sterilized surgical equipment. In an age where we have
the medical equipment and knowledge to prevent this type of contamination from
taking place, this sick series of events can only be blamed on incompetence and
negligence. Rep. Phil Roe (R) TN, a medical doctor said, “I think this is an
institutional breakdown”. How many people will suffer and die if the entire

Veterans
Administration medical care is already a single payer socialized system like
the one that will be voted on after the Congress returns from their August
vacation. This would seem like the model the proposed system would be based on.
The VA website says there are about 153 VA medical facilities in the
We will
look at this from the perspective of a military veteran who has been to one of
these facilities. First, they rely heavily on volunteers because they are
funded by the government, and they try to cut corners. Frequently you are seen
by a medical student rather than a doctor. When you do see a doctor they do not
really have time for you because they have many other patients to see, due to
minimal staffing (because that is “cost effective”). It takes a long time to
get an appointment if you have an acute illness, three weeks or more is not
uncommon. By that time the condition may have cleared up on its own or gotten
worse, you never know. A veteran in
(See the video links in
The Legion of the Common Man Healthcare Plan to hear it yourself)
For the
readers who have never dealt with the VA medical system chances are you have
dealt with the department of motor vehicles. In some states you just show up
and wait, in others you set an appointment…then you show up at the same time as
100 other people with the same appointment time and wait. You finally get your
turn and get sent to another window for the next step, where you get turned
away because something isn’t right with your paperwork. It is rare that a trip
to the DMV does not involve missing work and is not a frustrating experience.
Imagine the bureaucrat at the DMV that turned you away that turned you away
when you waited three hours to register your car is standing between you and
your doctor when you are ill. This individual does not care about you or your
condition. They are paid the same wage by the government whether you receive
care or not. To widen the distance between you the citizen and them, they get
seen whenever they need to because they work inside the system.
This type
of system devalues human life. It is going to pay for abortions and elderly
people will be treated as obsolete equipment and not receive the medical care
they should. Chances are that you know and love an elderly person, are an
elderly person, or will be one someday. Do you want to be treated like an SUV
in the cash for clunkers program? Is this the type of change you want? Read

I am very concerned about the
upcoming vote on healthcare reform. I do not want you to vote away my right to
choose my own healthcare plan and be stuck with an ineffective system like the
Veterans Administration. Furthermore, I am unwilling to have any healthcare
system that does not apply to you as well.
I expect you to vote against
healthcare reform and will be watching to see how you vote on this matter. This
will be the main issue I consider when you come up for reelection.
Thank you,
