A Weapon of Mass Destruction - The Obama Birth Certificate

A recent AOL poll indicates that 82% of the American population wants to see Barrack Obama’s original long form birth certificate. This applies in every state, including Hawaii and Illinois. The poll makes no mention of whether or not these people believe Barry the Fake is eligible to be president or not. http://my.auburnjournal.com/detail/120297.html

If a legitimate poll says the overwhelming majority of the people, significantly larger percentage wise than Obama’s popular vote lead in the election, it is safe to say the people have spoken. The Obama campaign said the people had spoken when the election results were released. So why is it now that the voice of the people falls on deaf ears?

There are a couple of answers for that question.

The first and most blatantly obvious is the government is on a bullet train to tyranny and completely ignores the will of the people. Trillions of dollars spent on “economic stimulus” which is putting people out of work and devaluing our currency, and the majority of tax payers are against it. If the government is willing to take over private companies and dictate how much executives may be paid when the majority of the citizens oppose it, why bother with a birth certificate? Now, on to the more sinister... Lou Dobbs of CNN is currently the victim of what is being called a, “shut up campaign”. http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=104956 He believes Obama is a US born citizen and simply wants him to prove it to finally put this matter behind us. Doesn’t this sound like a totally reasonable request? It even has a media bias favorable to the president. This is the type of media attention Barry the Fake loves as demonstrated over the course of his campaign. Lou Dobbs is on his knees begging to kiss Obama’s butt, he is just asking him to turn and bare it. Still he is being targeted by the Southern Poverty Law Center as a disreputable journalist, despite his open support of Obama.

Barry the Fake promised to run the most transparent administration in American history. He is an extremely intelligent man and a brilliant public speaker. So there is no way he does not know the difference between transparent and opaque.

In reality there is no transparency in the administration, there is however legislative blitzkrieg. Enormous bills are put before the house and senate with no time to read them before they are voted on. New laws are passed and the public doesn’t know until a few days after the fact. Secret meetings take place, sorry, not secret just no free press allowed to attend. Obama also promised to repeal the Patriot Act in his campaign, but he did vote to keep it as a senator and has taken no action to get rid of it as president.

Strictly based on facts and known agendas, this scenario is extremely likely.

White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel said, “You never want a serious crisis go to waste” on 19 November 2008. He spoke of the legislative opportunities that crisis presents that ordinarily wouldn’t be possible. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_mzcbXi1Tkk These are the words of a master of manipulation. Further, they sound like the words of a crisis engineer, or perhaps more appropriately, a saboteur.

Recently, Congressman Mike Castle (R-DE) held a town hall meeting where a woman stood up with her own birth certificate in hand and demanded to see President Obama’s. The situation did not get out of hand but Congressman Castle was definitely not in control, the people were. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oZ2i9cEtZ60 It is clear that tensions are growing and that the meeting had the potential to turn violent. Do not forget that our nation was born of a revolution against a tyrannical government that ignored the will of the people.

Obama is a professor of Constitutional Law and knows how to use it against the population if he so desires. The first amendment does grant the freedom of speech and assembly. Not all speech is protected by the constitution…profanity isn’t exactly protected. Remember in 1990 how the rap group 2 Live Crew faced criminal charges thanks to Tipper Gore? Also, speech that is intended to incite violence, so called “hate speech” isn’t protected. Will hate crime legislation be used to put a muzzle on our freedom of speech? Freedom to assemble on public land requires permits to avoid being arrested. The second amendment has been legislated, and in “emergency situations” like Hurricane Katrina it simply doesn’t exist. For a quick game of semantics, how big a difference is there between “emergency situation” and “severe crisis”? The Patriot Act has certainly changed up the rules on due process and search and seizure. While Obama has spoken out against the Patriot Act, his actions certainly support it. Legislation is stripping us of our constitutional rights and the current administration has a strong grip on blitzkrieg legislation.

Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano released a report on domestic terrorism on 14 April 2009, the day before the first TEA (Taxed Enough Already) Party rallies across the country. The report states that returning war veterans and people against excessive taxes are potential domestic extremists. This was intended to raise domestic tensions, if this were not the case she would have been fired…like she should have been.

Now back to the birth certificate. Tensions are rising and the administration will hold out on producing the birth certificate to keep them rising. Due to Obama’s heritage, the media frenzy around his friend at Harvard being arrested for disorderly conduct, and saying the police “acted stupidly”, racial tensions are on the rise. Political correctness, affirmative action and hate crime legislation have made everybody racist, even if they are not racist at all. The government and the media want to divide and conquer us with these tools.

The administration wants violence to erupt so they can have a severe crisis on their hands. The birth certificate, real or fake, is the bait in this bear trap and will be produced when the severe crisis breaks out.

Consider this a call to peace; any violence related to this matter will result in an assault on our nation from within like we have never seen. Contact your representatives and demand the president provide the birth certificate for authentication, make your representatives do it. Get the word out that the Joint Chiefs can lawfully relieve Obama as Commander in Chief of the military until he provides the birth certificate. Under United States Code, Title 10, Uniform Code of Military Justice the Commander in Chief as head of the military may be subject to military law.

Article 134 Reads:

"Though not specifically mentioned in this chapter, all disorders and neglects to the prejudice of good order and discipline in the armed forces, all conduct of a nature to bring discredit upon the armed forces, and crimes and offenses not capital, of which persons subject to this chapter may be guilty, shall be taken cognizance of by a general, special, or summary court-martial, according to the nature and degree of the offense, and shall be punished at the discretion of that court."

Article 133 Reads:

"Any commissioned officer, cadet, or midshipman who is convicted of conduct unbecoming an officer and a gentleman shall be punished as a court-martial may direct."

This bill if allowed to pass will repeal the 22^nd amendment of the Constitution of the United States eliminating presidential term limits. This bill was proposed by Rep. Jose Serrano, D-N.Y. in January 2009 before the presidential coronation. Thomas Jefferson spoke of the paramount importance of term limits to protect the freedom of the American people.

Jose Serrano should pack his bags today and move to Venezuela where Hugo Chavez would greet him with open arms, this type of legislation does not belong in America and must be stopped.

Welcome to the New Dark Ages

Comrade Napolitano and her Department of Homeland Security leaked an intelligence report to the media yesterday. The document outlined the new hit list of the Obama regime which includes returned/returning war veterans, individuals dissatisfied with how their tax dollars are being spent, the pro-life, and those who don't want their second amendment rights infringed upon...this is not an all inclusive list but it looks like the entire Republican Party and many Democrats.

Let us start with congratulating our oppressive government and the DHS for blatantly turning the report over to the media on the eve of the Tea Parties across America. The timing was nearly perfect trying to stir up those crazy tax paying extremists so they could have a Reichstag fire so they could gain total power through fear. Fortunately the overwhelming majority of angry tax payers, pro-lifers, pro-gun, and war veterans are not extremists; they simply want their voices heard and our elected officials are deaf or don't care. Another positive thing is that ACORN wasn't able to plant any fire starters at the tea parties.

The Soviet tactic DHS is using to marginalize and criminalize the opposition cannot be allowed to work. The intelligence report if not directed by executive agency leadership was written by an unprofessional analyst with their own political agenda who should be fired and any reports they have written should be reviewed. There were footnotes, but no sources of information listed in the assessment. The assessment was classified For Official Use Only, which is not a secret document by any means, but it is not releasable under the Freedom of Information Act and should have been close hold.

We really are fortunate this inflammatory report was released. It is possible that there are some courageous freedom lovers at DHS who will resist tyranny from the inside. Regardless of the source we are better off knowing what our government is planning to do to we the people in order to maintain their power.
